I started looking and the bubble burst

Last week, midterms started, and I realized, oh fuck, I guess the semester has started, hasn't it?

I've been fucking up real bad for the last month and a half, but it's okay! because I had fun and learned some lessons and now I'm buckling down for real.

This week has made my nose a bloody, disfigured mess against the grindstone, but it's paid off, I'm pleased to report. I've managed to cross off most of the things on my to-do list, even the readings I usually ignore.

Today, I:

went to all of my classes
got my English midterm back, and pulled a B+ (about 20% higher than I thought it would be)
nailed my poli sci exam in about 20 minutes
got paid
aaaand got laid, twice in a row

(It was a good day.)

Today, for the first time in a week, I got on Facebook and didn't even linger. I think the spell is broken, let's hope I don't fall back into bad habits. Facebook is only a bad thing if you let it use you, and not the other way around.

The weather is beautiful, I soon get to see several lovely faces that I have been missing, and the only thing separating me from spring break and 10 days of blissfully ignoring responsibilities is my only class tomorrow, which happens to be the only one I currently enjoy.

Y'all better get yo asses back here soon, ya hear?
