i am sore!!!!
Well my week has been turning very productive.. Now i am going to the gym 4-5 times a week.
Mon. & Weds. = Gym
Tues. & Thurs = Kickboxing well Muay Thai really..
and then Sat. mornings i am going to start spinning..( i cant wait for that )
Wednesday i went to the gym to work out and added abs and lunges (sp?) So then yesterday Kedrick made us do abs and lunges also, omg did i want to kill myself.. now my abs are sore and so is my ass..lmao.
Tonight i might catch a movie and have some dinner with my little brother and my little cousin... i havent spent time with them in a long while so before my brother leaves to the Keys (where he lives with my parents) spend more time with them.
Sat. Janine is having a birthday getty you can say at B.E.D. So me and Gabs are going cause we always have a awsome time @ B.E.D.
Well i am so down to head out to the beach again this Sat. Anyone up to joining me is more than welcome too.. all Nextel Customers feel free to radio me..159*215188*2 =] lol
Speaking of Nextel, me and Jason are in desperate need of a new phone... desperate... so now i told him to call Nextel and tell them if they can get him a good deal on 2 phones and since we havent reported it for anything in the world and he has been a customer for like years to hook him up..if not we can always do it the ghetto way..lmao.
