diez: so many orders of business.

[Warden filter]An inmate reported to me some damage in the female inmate showers to the pipework. I'm not sure of the veracity of the report, but if a female warden could go and check one way or another, that would be greatly appreciated. She reported that it had been 'hacked at' - like someone was attempting to take it off, but she didn't know ( Read more... )

Except in seeking the appropriate recipient, we might actually be giving out information that is not wanted. If people do not wish for anyone to know of their situation, then they do not have to know. This is more... a safeguard for the situation where an inmate asks one of us what happened to their warden or friend, and we have permission to give them a decent amount of information, with care and attention.

I think the main worry was if someone had taken the parts to do something more nefarious with. The repair, I would have presumed, would have been down to maintainance.

There will be a post, for both wardens and inmates to specify a contact, permission for their warden and inmate, and restrictions on the above.

I would have gone and checked myself, but I would probably have put myself in a difficult position if I just walked straight into the women's showers.

Except that some doctors are not particularly adept at using any kind of codes, and given that we will be using this information, I think making accessible to all of us, whilst keeping it secure, is the best course of action. I don't mind physically writing, or destroying things.

I imagine it would go over terribly. I was hoping a female warden would check for us.

Well, if it makes it easier to maintain, then fair enough. I'd still like one of us to maintain this list - I'd certainly do so.

I'm sure they wouldn't. As that's the best that could probably happen.

Well, I'd certainly be happy for us to do so - I was only volunteering as I can only speak for myself.

Me neither. Caution is sensible in some places.

Indeed. Although I'm equally sure we're all reading this anyway. For now, I'll say I'll maintain it, and let anyone else in the infirmary help quite easily.

...Quite efficient indeed.

Thank you.

((ooc: I actually had half of one written, but yours is better. I'll modge the two together, if ya want to send me the code. :D pm's just fine.))
