Haven't updated in here in a while, figured I would.
So I'm really sick. I spent Monday night in the hospital. Heart problems. Not fun. The EKG was fun though, I got a pretty print of the up and down lines that your heart makes. Liked it. I'm not very healthy right now, mentally or physically. They said I was having heart problems- which is obviously bad- but the ::macho doctor's voice:: "Incredible level of stress you have" is making the problem worse than it should be. So that's not surprising. Wanna know what's not so fun? I had a panic attack in school on Monday, before when I felt it coming on I went down to the nurse and she took my heart rate- yea- 150! It's supposed to be around 100, and when you exercise in gym and they check your heart rate- it's supposed to be in the 1-teens. I remember Mrs. Bartoff or however u spell her name used to give us A+s for 115 or higher at the end of aerobics, I always had like 105 lol Anyway, so it was at 150, at the hospital they took it again and it was higher and they were all concerned. Wasn't fun. And then my heart started doing weird things. Which hurt. I'm not gonig to go into major details, but it sucked!
So I havent been to school today or yesterday, I have a fever around 102, lost my voice for the first time in a couple years, headaches, body pains, stuffy nose, sore throat, dizzy, chest pain (well obviously)... and so yea.
Along with a list of other things I can't do, there are sertain things I can't eat. One of the catagories is anything caffinated. That includes chocolate!! No coffee, soda, chocolate... arg, oh well.. at least I'll get healthier! I can't have sertain medicines either, like sudafed, and I can only use my inhaler when I absolutely need to. It's weird though, cause today in the car I had a bite of chocolate from easter and I felt the difference, my heart started pounding and it hurt and stuff. Wicked scary, so I definately need to stay away from all of that stuff. It's not so hard though when your friggen life depends on it. ha...
Anywho.. Ashley is the love of my life, she's the absolute coolest girl ever and totally a great best friend. Gotta love her.
