Welcome to the Elena Gilbert Fanwork Exchange! We're hereby ready to start :D.

Important dates:
March 18th - March 24th => sign-ups
March 27th => we send out the assignments
April 14th => last chance for drop-outs*
April 24th => fanwork is due
May 1st => posting
*Special Note: If you drop out after this date, the mods reserve the right to ban you from any future exchanges.
(Since people live in different time zones, and I'm traveling on the 25th, the sign-ups will probably close a few hours after various American midnights.)

If you are willing to participate in the exchange, here is the information we need from you. You will list five (5) prompts for fanworks you'd like to receive. You can't have more that 3 prompts for the same kind of fanwork. For example, you can prompt two stories, two vids and a set of icons, or three fanmixes and two banners, but you can't prompt four stories and a vid. Every Elena ship is fair game, but we STRONGLY encourage variety - it will make matching so much easier.
If we can't find anyone to fill your prompts, we'll ask you to change them. Please note that the type of fanwork you give in your prompts (fic, vid, mix etc) is a suggestion. Your writer/artist will know that this is your preference, but push comes to shove, they are allowed to make you some graphics when you requested fic. Or the other way round.
