While judges should be more circumspect when it comes to these things, it has to be said that Judge Medel was speaking the truth! You and I are both from UP Law, and to the extent that we can be objective about this, graduates from the other law schools are simply incomparable to UP Law graduates. As an aside, my SC friends tell me that if this case went to another Justice, a minute resolution would have disposed of the matter. Most SC people think that J. Carpio Morales made a mountain out of a molehill-- notice that after that lengthy decision, the judge was just reprimanded (which to me is just a slap on the wrist)!-ALT
