Yea: 205 (140 D, 65 R)
Essentially the administration's own party shot the bill down in the house, even with a rather large support from the Democrats. I hope to god this sort of epic failure on their part doesn't lead to them being put back in charge. I don't see this as anything but an epic failure of the party as a whole.
I hope someone comes up with another alternative (other than letting everything crash and burn) quickly.
