Since I'm an avid blogger with a wide variety of interests, in order to be active in many of these communities you are required to have a LiveJournal account to participate. Since my education involves usability, and since I've been generally unhappy with the level of usability of the LiveJournal software I use WordPress to create my personal LJs.
