Well, they haven't met yet, but if they had....
1. EvilZ has never had the moral issues that Z struggles with. Z feels like a parasite, and it eats at him. He's already dead, and has been for thirty years, and the only thing keeping him here is how deeply he sinks himself into the minds of his weblings. Currently, he couldn't let go if he tried.
2. EvilZ has a lot more freedom. Because he joined the Shop willingly, he's trusted much more. He and his web (of evil) live in a very large Victorian house, retrofitted with all the top-of-the-line tech you can only get from the Shop.
3. EvilZ learned much earlier that he can survive the death of a pup. Z only learned this when Don killed himself. It doesn't seem like something to envy, but Z lived in terror of not knowing for a very long time.
4. EvilZ is still on good terms with his niece, who is merely amoral and unstable, not raving mad and dying of malfunctioning genes.
5. EvilZ has more hair. There's so much less stress when you don't have a conscience.
