Snow Day!
Ok, so yesterday we have the most ridiculous downfall of snow, i know that a lot of people got snow but i'm talking SNOW. i'm not sure if i have ever seen this much snow. so i had a FULL day of classes yesterday and on tuesday all night we just kept hearing about all the snow we were going to get. so the snow started to come down hard and on the Brok website it said check in the morning for class information. so i woke up at 6:45 because i had class at 8 - i look out th window and the snow is taking up 1/2 my window! so i check the website and everything around Brock, the other Brock campus and the college are all cancelled is Brock's St Catharines campus closed? NO! I go to leave for me class and there is NO way i could leave my front step - in order to step down the snow would come up to my knee. so i missed the bus and i called my prof - he told me not to bother coming in because the roads were so shitty. so finally at about 1 they cancelled classes and my roommates and i went outside and had snow day fun. i know it sounds SO immature but every once in awhile you just have to do something crazy. we went outside and played in the snow and then we all came in had lunch together and watched a movie. i love these girls so much. sometimes, we just sit around and i don't feel uncomfortable with them at all. they are amazing girls and i'm happy that they are here with me.
we go on reading week next week and it kinda sucks because i can't come home. i have to stay here because of rehearsals. i'm not too too upset about it. i am going to bored yes, all by myself but at the same time i can get a lot of work done and hopefully i can get home one day.
i have to go to Randolph because they asked me to perform Adelaide's Lament for some theatre company that is coming up from the States. so, that's exciting. it's weird ... that school is constantly surprising me!
