I <3 weekends.
All right. So Friday, my dad took us out to dinner at Avanti's. Not a real big fan of Avanti's but it was okay. So, on the way home, it starts hailing. And we are in the Corolla so I was worried that it was going to put dents in it. Then, we dropped my sister off and we headed back home. I called Emily to see if she wanted to go with me to Verizon because my cell phone is broken. So, by the way, don't call that, because I won't answer. I'll have a new phone in two weeks. Anyway, the lady there was being mean to me and the technicians were gone so we left. By that time, it was sleeting and it was slick. But, because it was Friday, we headed to Barnes and Noble to get a coffee. We got a coffee and left. Well, it was sleeting so on the way in and out of Barnes and Noble, our faces were pelted with miniscule pieces of ice. Ouch. So, the ride home was interesting. We traveled at about a constant speed of 35 mph. It took a while but we got home. So Em and I watched some tv, but I don't remember what. Then her dad came and got her.
On Saturday, I went to the mall and got a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. I saw Cole there. I was really tired. I wanted to get these sweet shoes but decided against it in the end.
That night, I went to FlatTop Grill with my brother and both sisters. I drove my brother's new car over there. It was a lot different than the 'Rolla and truck, partially because it actually drove. So we were eating there and I saw Sam's friend Seth. Yea, and I tried on two dresses at Banana Republic. I didn't like them. And then. we went bowling. Well, we had to wait for a lane. and I got 3rd and then 2nd, out of four. Yea, and I got NEW shoes. New BOWLING shoes. They were sweet.
Today, I went to church and sang and came home and that's all I've done. Well, I did my physics homework too, but uh, yea that's all.
Oh, and tennis. My goodness, I love tennis. All right.
To be up on the other side, Brad asked who Andy Roddick is dating. Emily says "Well, not anymore, but Mandy Moore." and Brad goes "Well, not anymore but I got an answer so you're up with....any one else have a guess." and Nathan goes "Marylin Manson." And we all start laughing. Brad just stares at him and says "All right, you're sitting out just for questioning Andy Roddick's sexual preference." We laughed about that forever. Before than Cole and I had won the champs side with our sweet answers about doubles...or something.
Then we were serving and Nathan throws the ball WAYYYY up in the air, hops over to the side where Cole is at and serves. Cole ducks out of the way but I think they hit rackets. And everybody was quiet for a second. And Nathan goes "WHAT ARE YOU DOING COLE?!?!" and brad goes "Well, you just jumped on him. It'd help if you didn't throw the ball 20 feet up in the air and then jump over three feet!" That was funny too.
Then, I was telling Brad about my truck and Nate goes "Uh, I think maybe I'd just get a new truck." It's only funny when you hear HIM say it. and Kenton goes "Uh, well, haha that can't be good. Hard to drive without that."
Then Em and I were leaving and talking to Brad and Em wasn't feeling well, so Brad was telling her to drink Airborn in water, but emily said she would in Sprite or something. Well he started joking about how he never liked sprite because his mom would always give it to him when he was sick "Yea, mom I'd love some Sprite, since you give it to me EVERYTIME I'm sick. that's gross." and emily goes "Well, then you can just have some 7-up." and I'm walking right in front of her and I almost die from trying NOT to laugh. And Brad goes "Yea, how about some Sprite when you're sick? Maybe mix it up with a little 7-up later." It was hilarious.
Then I went upstairs to say hi to Steph and I guess Kenton left and he said to Emily , as he walked past her "I'll see you tomorrow, uh no Monday, uh next week, no Thursday. I'll see you Thursday."
Good times.
Oh yea, got my report card. All A's two B's. Honors Physics and Spanish got me. whatever. I did well on the other ones so, I'm happy.
