I seem to have survived the second day of classes, and always have, so far. It might be surprising for any student to hear that school is more than a little stressful for the teachers - I won't say just as because there is the matter of perspective that makes the experiences of faculty and students different enough that a proper comparison cannot

As if classes aren't traumatizing enough. Who would want to spend extra time with teachers? Especially if they don't even have a couch.

I honestly have no idea. We're just people, and we're not particularly entertaining on the whole.

We're going to learn about the places wherein chemistry and biology intersect. And we are going to gross everyone else out in the process.

But also we are going to make beer.

Very weak beer, alas. Apparently there exists what is called a "drinking age" which does not permit me to encourage tasting of anything that could get you drunk.
