At exactly 7:45 pm yesterday the sun did whatever it is that the sun does here on the solstice, which makes it officially summer now. The question of or not the celestial bodies here even exist is still up for debate, but pocket dimensions can be tricky things. I wonder what world we're borrowing the sky from? [Sakura's just in her room, chilling. She's been looking at the network, worrying over everyone who seems to be having severe issues with the current Father's Day curse. She feels bad for them and then can't help but selfishly wish she had been cursed, too. It would be really nice to see her father again...

Hearing the knock, Sakura puts aside her device. She sits up from where she's lounging on the bed, calling cheerfully.] Come in! The door is unlocked.

[ Opens the door, then, the jingle of the decorative coins attached to his robes giving him away before he's fully visible. He smiles, tilting his head just a slight bit in that way that he does. ]

My, it's been a while, hasn't it?

[The sound is instantly familiar. One of her many recovered memories has that sound and can identify it right away. But it couldn't be...

Sakura's eyes widen and she gasps, springing from the bed to her feet in seconds.]

F-Father...?! Are you... Is that really you? I... I can't believe it!

[ smiles, just on the edge of laughter, and nods once. ] Yes, it's really me, Sakura-hime.

You've grown quite a bit since we last saw each other, haven't you?

[Here, have a glomp.] I didn't think I'd get to see you! Everyone else is talking about their fathers so I hoped...

[She looks up at him and beams.] Y-Yes! A lot has happened. I've been traveling with friends before I got stuck here.

[ Is glomped, yay! Laughs and hugs. ♥ ] Ah? Well, I'd be very interested to hear all about it, if you think now is a good time.

[ He has sort of always wanted to ask, too.

[She steps aside, motioning towards the bed.] Come sit!

[Sakura pauses at that and looks embarrassed, but happy. She blushes lightly and averts her gaze to the floor. She felt there was still so much she had to remember about her life and her family in the Clow Kingdom.]

Father... I've missed you, too. It's so great to see you. I'm really surprised.
