:: New Adventures ::
Two incredible things happened this weekend. Both of which are as exciting as they are scary... but I'm eager to see what both of them bring. They both have a lot of potential to either incredible. Both wil require patience, commitment and hard work, but both seem to have a good pay off if I can make it work. I'm excited to see what awaits.
The first is personal, so I won't get into it. But it's been a while since I've been this nervous/excited/curious/happy all at the same time, over the same thing. It's new and exciting, but just beginning so we'll see how it goes and hope for the best because it feels like it could be great.
The second is work related. I got my promotion to Senior General Manager, meaning I'm now over multiple clubs. I've been working really hard for this day and I couldn't stop smiling when it was announced. I'm still kind of in shock. In six months I went from a trainer to upper management.... no ones done that before. I'm excited to continue to work hard and see what I can do with this company.
I'm sure there's a lot more I could say on both topics, but I think that's all I want to say for now. I have to just take both of them one day at a time and hope for the best. The things that are most worth having usually take the most risk and work, but have the greatest pay off. I'm a firm believer that things happen for a reason and there's no such thing as luck or coincidence. I don't know what the future holds, but I know in one way or another it'll work out.
I'm hoping time will prove that theory right.
