:: It's warming where you're waiting ::
I’m thinking there’s a lot that I could write about… but for now I’ll keep it simple. School is over in about two weeks and I can’t wait for that because I don’t know how much longer I’ll be able to handle this working 60 hours and taking 17 credits stuff. I’m pretty sure my GPA is going to blow this semester…. Oh well.
Work is going exceptionally well however. I love having my own club and with the help of my staff we’ve turned it around. We hit 100% of our goal last half; something that club has NEVER done before. I think the closest they came in the past was something like 88%. This half we’re projecting to finish at almost 125%.
Every day is so intense and stressful, but in a really good way. I love what I do because it’s a challenge, it’s exciting and I know beyond all of that it’s really helping people. I get excited every morning when I wake up to go to work. And on top of all of that, I’m making great money, something I’ve never done before.
If all goes well I’ll be the GM of the biggest club in our district within the next two months. My upper management have been talking to me about it lately… it’s going to happen, it’s just a matter of when. I can’t imagine what that’s going to be like. I won’t even be 23 and I’ll be making more than most people in their 40’s… It’s nice to know hard work and dedication pays off. I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
Other than that, not much is new. Life is great and I am happy about that.
