I didn't even read the summay before I started reading and it made everything even more perfect. Can Sam reading to Dean be considered a kink? Because it's totally hitting all my buttons.

Better question, what CAN'T be considered a kink? Thanks so much!

"Knew how badly he needed the attention, and how much it hurt him when he got it, like a starved body would always struggle terribly to process the very food it needed to survive."

That is a perfect summation of Dean's attitude towards needing any kind of help--I love that line so much!

Sam watched his eyes close and his Adam’s apple jounce, and he knew this Dean. Knew how badly he needed the attention, and how much it hurt him when he got it, like a starved body would always struggle terribly to process the very food it needed to survive.

Gahhhhh.

I love flat-earth vs. round-earth metaphor too. Well done, m'dear.

Awwwwwww super sweet and meaningful at the same time. I loved it. What beautiful moments, and some humor as well.

Well done.

That was really interesting in light of where the show is now and how, even though Dean's been to Hell, he still can't understand what Sam went through. How hard must it have been for Sam, then, at this point in the show, to grasp what Dean was going through?

I love the idea of him trying to figure it all out by reading what Dean was reading. Dean's definitely got a lot of layers!

Thanks! I'm really curious now to see what the status is of Sam's Hell memories in light of the latest ep (hope that's not too spoilery in case you haven't seen it yet...)!
