Yes! Loved this one. I agree, Sam definitely is a Wilco fan. I think On and On and On is totally a Sam/Dean song.

I know so many guys around Sam's age/demographic who are huge Wilco fans. It could not be helped!

HA, I knew I wasn't the only one convinced that Sam is secretly into all the same weird indie-folk stuff that just about every Supernatural author on LJ gets their best story titles from. Whenever Andrew Bird or something likewise girly and acoustic comes on my playlists while I'm writing, it always occurs to me, and I'm like, "he would eat this crap right up." Thought the same about this song, it was perfect.
As to the actual fic, I played it while reading the end bit, and I was imagining them singing that one line, off-key, over and over, one of them frantic and one of them delirious but somehow okay, I was grinning like an idiot.
And the sneezes. Made my day.

(And I did NOT mean I'm not into that type of music. Not at all. Because I totally, completely, and utterly am. Though I concede that it's girly. Totally adding Wilco to my rhapsody playlist now, by the way.)

I caught your drift, don't sweat it. Andrew Bird might be a little to Indy for Sam to know... not that he wouldn't like it. He dfinitely does like what Dean considers to be "girly" music". But actually I don't think Wilco is that girly. I know way more guys who love to talk about how Yankee Hotel Foxtrot is a gift from the Gods than women. But that might just be a Boston thing.

Either way, I'm thrilled this fic caters to someone elses particular tastes other than myself! Thanks for reading!
