My God, i hate my president.
I always knew it, but it's quite clear to me now that he'll say whatever he's told to and whatever he thinks will make him look good in that moment.
At Coretta Scott King's funeral, he said "Coretta had every right to count the costs and step back from the struggle," the president said. "But she decided that her children needed more than a safe home _ they needed an America that upheld their equality and wrote their rights into law. And because this young mother and father were not intimidated, millions of children they would never meet are now living in a better more welcoming country."
MORE WELCOMING?! we fight against this every day for not just blacks, but for gays and every other minority as well. How dare he go up onto a podium with all his self-righteousness and bellow out such lies!
If anyone in the country deserves to go to 'hell', it's him. Here's to hoping that the Collective will not tell the tale of what a wonderful (wannabe-)man is leading our country, and that he has to get pushed off the side of the ship just like every other burning bird.
