“Hello, Joseph,” the lanky man said. The jeans and faded t-shirt should have looked out of place in this land of silver and stars, but Harry would always be Harry: slightly out of place no matter where he was and yet effortlessly comfortable regardless. He sat down beside him and dangled his long legs over the edge into eternity.

HELLO ALL IN OK!

Rode elephants-one picked up Ben & wouldn’t let go. Man said it was love at first sight. Taking a boat down the Ganges. Monkeys get into everything not nailed down. One stole my blue hat; saw it in the trees with it. The curry almost made us blind, but in a good way. Hope things are good. WRITE BACK SOON.

Perfect. :)

“Hey, Nick? Howsit, buddy? What gives?” She nodded, lips pursed. “Yeah, no, I’m sorry, but I’m not going to buy that bullshit. Just because I’m young and tattooed doesn’t mean I’m brainless. Nick, honey, don’t argue. Just listen. I was out yesterday looking over things and there is no way in hell that you need an extra thousand to cover that. Nope. Uh-uh. So you’re gonna have to pull your head outta your ass and run a tighter ship. Or else I will fire you and go with a different company. …Nick, you don’t know me all that well, so I’m gonna let you in on a little secret: I don’t make empty threats. I don’t believe in beating around the bush. When I say I’m gonna do something, I do it. And this is mine and my partner’s money here, so I’m not going to waste it needlessly. Get it done on time and on budget, or get out. Mmkay? Thanks.” She snapped the phone shut and grinned at the poleaxed looks on David and Johnnie’s faces. “And that, gentlemen, is how you deal with a puffed-up foreman. Anything else you need me to handle?”

EPIC AS ALWAYS CHARLIE

“Al, howsit hanging?” Charlie laughed, rushing forward to hug him. “Folks, this here’s the one and only Alligator Boy, Alberto Fontana. Al, this is David, Johnnie, and Annie.”

ALBERTO!!!!!!!!!!!

She could feel the blood thrumming through her veins, the heat of the sun on her skin, and knew that she was gloriously, wonderfully alive. The road still lay before her, freshly paved and promising, not nearly as mysterious as it once had been. She knew there was plenty still out there to discover, more mysteries to untangle, new strangers to meet. Her wanderlust wasn’t entirely satisfied-not by a long shot.

But right now she had her man and her friends and a career poised to take off.

And right now, that was plenty.

Okay, so I may have teared up a little. Possibly. Perhaps.

****SQUEEZE**** I love it!!!!!!! SUCH a fantastic job on this series!!! :D
