DAY 3: MUSICAL ADVENT CALENDAR
Santa Claus is Coming to Town as performed by Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. Generally, I hate this song. I love Christmas, but am not down with Santa Claus, and frankly the lyrics are creepy. I don't care how many presents I get, I don't want anyone watching me while I sleep (Edward Cullen is ok though. Not). This version, however, is one of two I not only tolerate but love because it is made of awesomeness.

+ My driving test is in exactly one week. aah!
- Once again, I get to miss Pushing Daisies. Last week I just forgot and got caught up in making cookies. This week, there's a goddamn soccer game. When isn't there a game someone in this house just HAS to watch?
+ I got my Amazon package! Hot Fuzz (4.99), The Holiday (3.99) and season 3 of The Simpsons (14.99). I love sales. Even more, I love not having to go anywhere for them. hehehe.
+ Keane were on Ellen today. OMG I get to see them this Sunday! YAAAY!
++++ confectionqueen (I had originally typed out "a little birdie told me". WTF I never say that, I hate that) announced that Twilight is not only lulzy but totally MST3K worthy. YESSS!! I'm totally seeing some matinee showing now. I'll probably just make comments in my head... how sad would it be to sit in a theater talking and cackling to myself?
