Brittny came over tonight to watch 30Rock and The Office (which, by the way, was FANTASTIC. Favorite so far. I want to give Michael a big hug. :( )
THEN we crossed the street to the Mercury Lounge ( mentioned previously when Val and I found it by following the eerie flute music that one night in August).
That place is nice, atmosphere wise, but poor booze wise. They just have beer and wine, no hard liquor, which means no tasty cocktails. Oh well. Let it stand here for all posterity that my first drink purchased at a bar in the States was a Newcastle beer. Newcastle in honor of Sidney (who likes it) and the place. hahaha!!!
I'm just a bit light headed, not tipsy. It's ok.
And that was my first time being carded. THE END!
