The long-awaited (at least for me) fourth season of Rescue Me began last night, and let me tell something to you: I was NOT disappointed.
I really liked that they skipped ahead nine months or so, and now Janet's baby with Tommy or Johnny has been born. She's enough of a bitch when she's NOT pregnant, thanks.
Chief was looking good! I like that he's stuck to his diet and is much healthier. By the looks of next week's previews he won't be back any time soon. :/ I really miss him, this new chief is awkward.
Overall it was good, a little slow for the beginning of a new season until the end. HOLY SHIT.
I was a little weirded out that the only mention of Sheila's death was "Oh, Damien's ok without his mom, poor kid," something like that. I mean... come ON. Sheila's dead and she's not even one of Tommy's ghosts? Then I remembered she ran the HELL out of that house at the end of season 3. And of course, she and Tommy are faking her death for monies. BRILLIANT. GOD I'm going to be antsy all summer with this one episode. At least I'm only missing six episodes and not the whole season.
:DD
I give Sean and Maggie the rest of the season before it's over.
I tried making chicken for dinner. It was epic fail.
