I'm declared.
Yep, I've oficially declared myself a Classics major with an emphasis in Language and Literature. Yesyes, shiny.
I'm bonafide. :D
I went to Prof. Dutsch's office after Gallucci's section, which he cut short because he had a doctor's appointment. She was very nice about it and even came up with a hypothetical schedule for next year, with Greek and everything as well. Then she handed me one of those change of major petitions and told me to take my time with it, but I filled it out in her office. Whee!
Then I went to lecture for Greek Lit with Catherine, everyone waited about fifteen minutes, then we turned in our papers and the TA let us go, and Gallucci pulled into the parking lot of IV theatre as we were all leaving. Sad times. :/
la la la, I have a brownie! la!
I feel, now that I'm officially a Classics major, I won't want to constantly change my major. She did, however, notice that along with taking Historians in Translation next quarter, I'm also taking History 4B for fun. She came to the conclusion that I liked history (which I do) and said I could teach it later if I wanted to. So I am v. pleased.
And I had a sweet-ass, healthy turkey sandwich for dinner (which I had to make myself because everything else BLEW), and then I had raspberry sorbet from IV Drip. On the way, Starr told me of her encounter with my Furry Little Problem/Non-Cake and how he awesomely whipped out sunglasses. And now I have a brownie. And some people have STUPID tattoos. Oh, life, you are too good. :)
Ooh Val and I both have our respective Number Ones (Joaquin Phoenix and David Thewlis, durh) on our desktops and screensavers. We are the best, the best roommates ever. The best!
