Quite soon, too. It started hurting all of a sudden, ever since we were coming back from Santa Anita. (For the love of GOD, someone stop me from buying any more skirts! That's two this week! I NEED PANTS!! AND SHOES!! >__<)
Anyway.... oh yeah, John Williams. I don't even have the energy to update in detail. He did play a bunch of Olympic's stuff, which I didnt' care too much for. AND he conducted four of the pieces from PoA, that little choir thing included cos... yeah, there was a choir. Lovely finale, though, and all four encores. The program said he and the L.A. Phil would end with the theme from Indiana Jones, which would've been heaven enough, but nooo! He went back to the podium four times! First he conducted the theme from E.T., which I wasn't too thrilled about, cos I'm not too fond of that movie, and THEN! eeeeeeweee, we got THREE themes from Star Wars, Yoda's THE IMPERIAL MARCH!!!(which I just lovelovelovelove!!) and the main theme, durh.
Good night, all in all, mostly cos I saw my dear band geeks. :D
