cherrydilemma It's similar to the one I filled out last year, but a few questions are different. Hmm!
1. What did you do in 2005 that you've never done before?
Erm. I took Latin. Was involved in a prank (with pads!). Had a roommate that slept all day. Oh, and I also saw the same band awesome two days in a row. :) Most importantly, I met and actually TALKED to an actor I admire SO so much.
2. Did you keep your New Years' resolutions, and will you make more in 2006?
Resolutions and I don't jive.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
No.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No.
5. What countries did you visit?
None. :(
7. What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
16-17 September, 2005, The Best Day Of My Life.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Not acting like an idiot when I met David Thewlis and actually talking, nevermind that I apologised! I was coherent!! I met Brian Viglione two days ago and didn't do anything but giggle.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Hmm... I can't think of anything right now.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Nope, nothing too serious.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
Tickets to see that Charlie Kaufman play in September at UCLA. ehehehee. ^___^ Sure, I could've met David without buying them, but the point was to see him act in person. OMG I SAW HIM IN THE FLESH!! SWEET JESUS, I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!
Oh, and also, tickets to see
NIN at the Hollywood Bowl. That OWNED and
I didn't almost die!! 12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Mr. Thewlis', cos he was a sweetheart when he didn't need to be.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
The crowd last night at the Dolls show. NOT cool... you do NOT yell things at the opening band. Not only do you look like a jackass, you make the headliners look bad. I have some other things, but I don't feel like getting depressed and making a list.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Four words: Love, Angel, Music, Baby

ii. thinner or fatter? slightly thinner.
iii. richer or poorer? I dunno.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Internets.
20. How will you be spending Christmas?
... I stayed home.
21. Did you date anyone in 2005?

My friends would say so, cos I'm a million times happier. XD
23. How many one-night stands?
none!

Bitchface Emily. I say I hate everyone, but it's really just a strong dislike. She's probably the only person I honestly HATE.
26. What was the best book you read?
HBP!!!
Because of... events. The best non-HP book I read was Good Omens.
Hmm, American Gods was awesomeness too. Let's stick with those, cos I really liked every book I read this year.
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Regina Spektor (thanks, to my brotha, my... nevermind, it only works for moms), Brendan Benson, Mando Diao, Art Brut, and Electric Six. Who aren't exactly a "new" discovery, but I didn't get a copy of Fire until this summer.

Canon. Sweet, sweet canon. 30. What was your favorite film of this year?
Tie between: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, The 40-Year-Old Virgin (funnier than I thought it would be!!), Fever Pitch (same, and too adorable!!),
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 19, and I didn't do anything the day OF since it was a week night, but the weekend before The Awesome Dept. and I went to Pascucci on State St. to celebrate.
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Nothing beats meeting David Thewlis AND canon-ness in the same year. He would've had to declare his undying love for me or something!
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005?
Hey, this looks clean, but what will Starr think? Will she approve or say: ... bad times, my friend...?

The Awesome Dept.
35. Which celebrity / public figure did you fancy the most?
