Has anyone seen a blonde girl with blue eyes? She's not all that tall, very polite, has a very soft and kind voice and her name is Ellis. I'm looking for her.

She's wearing a sleeveless jean coat over an orange dress. She also has on white stockings and brown ankle high boots.

Does that help at all?

She's wearing a sleeveless jean coat over an orange dress. The sleeves on her coat look like they may have been cut off. She does look very normal, but what she wears makes her stand out a bit.
