Hm... There is a startling increase in the amount of birds present. I was not aware geese were present on the island, none the less capable of speech. I am certain, however, the majority of us will find some way to catch and cook them, regardless of their talkative nature

It's primary function is to give tours to those who have just arrived, to the best of my knowledge. So it is a rather useful group.
