...SO. Lemme get this straight:

There are people here from this ‘Another World’ place called ‘Asteria', which located somewhere not on Earth and definitely NOT in Japan.
It has five major countries, including places like 'Shin Makoku' and 'Heckta Whatta', along with smaller villages, like 'Otogakure'.

I think you're confused. Everyone's from different worlds. I don't think any of those places are the same place.

They're from all over. There's worlds of Asteria...and I'm guessing Shin Makoku and the others *not going to even try with the Hueco Mundo butchering XD* are from different places too.
