Can we add the Red Cliffs dwellings to the list? Or does that fall under the ruins category?

Sadako's well could be one. But I don't know if that counts under the ruins either. I mean I may come back in and NPC Sadako again one of these days so shouldn't that be a permanent landmark as well?
