Arrgh!! + Yay!!
Did anyone watch the Skins finale last night? Did any one want to take a baseball bat and smash JB's head or their own after watching it? What a fucking waste of time and potential, gosh.
Im so glad I didnt really ship anyone on the show and hadnt been invested in the show for too long, I only started watching it this year. WTF doesnt even sum it up! Tell me there are going to be like 50 unseens, or like a next episode.. there is, right, right?
Thomas got more closure than Effy. Does not compute!
And why the fuck did they have to kill Freddie?? I cannot get over this, merely for the shock factor??!! I cant take this shit, argh! No one even got to know or react to the news of his death? No clue about how Effy's gonna take it, or his sister?
The upside? Im sure Luke is like thanking his stars he wasnt a part of this trainwreck of a finale, lmao!
The only thing that saved it for me, like always, Cook. I swear, if it wasnt like this from the very start already, it is now, to me, SKINS = COOK. I love the boy with everything I got! Jack was amazing as always. <3 And as glad as I am that he got the last scene and it was awesome and all, I wanted to see what happened next, how was Cook going to deal with being a murderer? (cuz we know he's gonna be eating the pscyho doctor for breakfast, lol!) I wanted him to avenge Freddie's death, oh dear god, yes, but Cook is no murderer. Just no.
Also, as much as I didnt want Cook and Effy to get together, (I knew for sure they wouldnt be getting any happy ending, together or individually) especially after the events of the previous episode, I did want something, anything, some resolution, something, godammit!
I knew it was going to be an open ending, but this, this was a shit ending. I have never been so disappointed with the finale of a show, since Dawson's Creek.
But there is some good news. Less than a week to go for Supernatural to come back, wheeeeeee!!!! I cant fucking wait!
