Lol, not flawless (wtf was with the final fight? The jumpint from towers thing, lol? Etc), but yes, pretty damn good, and the S/L flashbacks were gorgeous and AR broke my heart (although I wish they hadn't put Harry in the scene of him holding Lily's body because he just looking ridiculous over Snape's shoulder and rather killed the moment for me)...I was definitely looking forward to this movie for the S/L above all! Glad they at least did right by it, even if it wasn't as much as I'd have liked...

And omg that huggggg it lasted a full minute or something,squeeing so hard! :D. And barely any H/G, and H/Hr standing together in the final shot of the crapilogue, I just mentally cut out the sides...:p

Yeah Dan did do an excellent job, I mean I always thought he was the best after Emma anyway, but yeah...i love the whole cast sfm!

LOLOL feelings have killed my vocabulary, FLAWLESS is all i knowwwwww. some of it was ridiculous, i agree, but I DON'T CARE. they got Snape/Lily right, and yeah it was over too soon, but it was perfect and there was ugly crying i tell you. I didn't even see Harry in that scene, I just saw Snape holding Lily and bawling and it's not like i could help it, everything was blurred anyway, SO MANY TEARS.

it was a declaration of love, it was not just a hug. and you're right, they held on to each other forever. I CANNOT EVEN DEAL WITH I SAW ON THEIR FACES. THEIR FAAAACES.

Harry/Ginny is such a joke, more so in the movies, i am full of malicious gleee. :p and the epilogue was HILARIOUS. so bloody pointless, it still makes my blood boil.

Lol I thought Emma was really bad till DH Pt.1 (where she slayed me!) and Dan was always good, just never ~brilliant you know. But in this one, HE BLEW ME AWAY!

Lol, H/G is literally a joke in the movies, or rather the butt of one--almost all their scenes are made into funny moments I've noticed (though tbh I find H/G much more palatable and less offensive in the movies than in the books, bland > horrendous). I just found the epilogue funny, Ginny's wig and suit was ridic in particular...

As for the actors, well yeah Emma sometimes overuses the eyebrows, but on the other hand Rupert just pulls the exact same face in almost every situation (the all-purpose funny face), so I never found him that brilliant either, though that could be directing too. I used to think Dan was really terrible in the very beginning but he definitely improved really quickly. And I'm not just saying that b/c he got super hawt in the third film

BTW, on a random but related note, did you ever visit HarryLovesHermione.com back in the day? It was a great H/Hr site (the MotherShip to me), and most of the old content is still there, including her hilarious Slightly Skewed Recaps that have a H/Hr bias! ;)

I agree, I find everything less offensive in the movies, I even digested the epilogue somehow, because I love the Harry/Albus moment and it was mostly about that. Also, SNAPE WAS THE BRAVEST MAN HE EVER KNEWWWWW ( ... )

I love Dan, I really do. For all the good reasons, and the additional one that he is very easy to lip-read (beneficial to silly ol' me without my hearing aid ;)) but he was wonderful, utterly wonderful.

I love Alan Rickman too, and the Snape parts were fantastic. I serious cannot unsee that he looks like my aunt though. I am not even kidding.

LOLOL WHUT? I laughed for a whole minute after reading your comment. I watched this movie mostly for Snape, but I liked it way way more than i expected, there was very little that I didn't love. ♥

Aww yes, poor you, *huggles* at least, it didn't have any american actors, i assume it would've been harder to lip-read had that been the case. but yes, Dan. killed me dead. the movie belonged to him, truly.

Really *nods* Can't be unseen ;) Snape looks like my Auntie Janie. A little bit. Even my mum thinks so, and she's her sister xD

It would have been a bit harder, yes. It helps that I'm familiar with a lot of the voiced in Harry Potter so they are easier to follow. The whole conversation at the cottage at the beginning, with Griphook, went right over my head (if it wasn't Dan's part, that is).

I really rather loved Draco too...Poor Draco.

Booo, you must watch the movie again then, once you have your hearing aid replaced. Or maybe watch the movie with subtitles? the internet is a lovely, helpful place. :P

I've always loved Draco, I wish the movies had given him some sort of redemption. The Harry/Draco people must be pretty pleased with this movie too methinks.

All I have to say is SNAPE. SEVERUS FUCKING SNAPE!!!!! Thats what I am going to name my first child. LOL!!!!
Him holding Lily in his arms and crying KILLED ME TO MY VERY CORE. Alan is MY GOD. *THUD*
And his death scene. His tear, and the "You have your mother's eyes." I was bawling like a baby. Good thing I wasnt the only one. LOL!!!!

Everything else was good as well. I am glad you enjoyed your ship bb. *hugs*

OMG NINA HE RIPPED MY HEART OUT, HIS TEARS, THE ANGUISH, HE ALWAYS LOVED LILY, AFTER ALL THIS TIME, ALWAYS. HE WANTED HARRY TO LOOK AT HIM WHEN HE DIED, HE WANTED TO LOOK INTO LILY'S EYES. I was weeping pathetically in all his scenes, his chapter was my favourite in the book, and it was done justice to in the movies and I couldn't be happier.

You ship Ron/Hermione, eh? You must've been giddy with gleeee then. :D :D :D I was happy with what little H/Hr we got, she was willing to die with him, for him. And it was perfect. My kids are perfect.

I am going to watch the movie again just for HIM. The way he loved Lily. OMG, I cant even talk about it without wanting to cry. "ALWAYS." *cries some more*
In my eyes, he is the real hero of the story. You know its weird, but Snape was my favorite character from the beginning. I knew deep down that there was more to the story. And thank god JK didnt disappoint. :D

Naah, I am a Harry/Hermione fan. Soleya loves Ron/Hermione. They're her first canon ship with a happy ending. I just wanted to celebrate with her. Let her enjoy her moment. :D She is so happy about the kiss. It was really cute to see.
I've made my peace with my doomed HH ship long time ago. But I definitely loved the hug we got. :D

I'm okay hun, half of it was because i got really drunk, and then there was puking and dizzyness and i couldn't eat or walk for 2 days. i didn't touch alcohol for 9 DAYS. can you imagine! :P

FOR SRS BB, TO ALAN RICKMAN, ALL THE AWARDS. and to my bb Dan, who was superb!

The movies are a gift, each one of them. They always about these kids, Nina, it's the truth. I will always be grateful to Kloves, he gave this ship so much more than the books did. they took it where JKR didn't dare to, where JKR couldn't have, even if she wanted to.

lolol disney kiss (or the kind in hindi movies) yes, we saw nothing, just the top of Rupert's head. but the giddy laughter after the kiss, that was cute! :D
