Okay, so! Shawn is not a psychic. He does, however, have a photographic memory and mad observation and deduction skills. This means he can-- possibly-- tell a lot about your character just by looking at them. Obviously, there is a godmod line that could be crossed here. I don't want to do that! But I also don't want to tone down Shawn's

Major Kusanagi, the Rowan

I am lazy and going to LJLogin is just so much work and only one of these accounts is paid, so I'm going to do both my characters in one comment. SO TL;DR OMG I'M SORRY.

Major Kusanagi. Because she's a cyborg, she has a lot of small strange behaviors:

• Looks like a normal Japanese woman except for the blue eyes.
  
• Speaks English extremely fluently but with a slight Japanese accent--unless she's running English language software, in which case she has a generic American accent. (I'll call out the American accent in description if it comes up.)
  
• Displays almost no emotion in body language, speech, or facial expression. After learning a bit about her, Shawn will probably be able to put together that this is blunted affect and depersonalization from being a career soldier (and a cyborg, though this may not be as obvious.) She drops to no emotion at all when she kills the emotional processes running in her cyberbrain.
  
• Appears to have total recall. (Because she does.)
  
• Does not make unnecessary movements. Never shifts her weight, never fidgets, etc.
  
• Unless her shell is damaged, she never stumbles, drops things by accident, or otherwise makes awkward movements.
  
• She breathes, but the speed never changes no matter how much she's exerting herself.
  
• She never blinks except to protect her eyes (bright flashes, sand in the air, etc.)
  
• Skin is uncannily perfect. No texture, moles, wrinkles, etc. Has jacks in the back of her neck and access panels between her shoulders (see icon).
  
• Weighs as much as a small car. This really only shows when she's walking somewhere she can sink into, lands hard enough to dent the deckplates, or mentions she can't take the elevators because of the weight limit.
  
• Inhumanly strong. Does things like open non-twist-off bottle caps with her bare hands.
  
• Inhumanly fast. She has computer reflexes.

The Rowan. (aprimemover) The Rowan actually is a psychic. Depending on the permissions ( *cough*) for a given character, she'll react to things they haven't said, which could just make her very perceptive, but it's really because she's reading their minds. She speaks English, but with an unplaceable accent, because she's from the future and another planet. She also has a photographic memory.
