Thanksgiving came and went...too fast. I felt like I was home for all of about 24 hours, not nearly enough time when you live out of the state. However, it was a great holiday and I was happy to be able to be home spending it with my family. Just another three weeks and I'll be home again for Christmas. Hopefully I'll find easy ways to get there.
The job is holding up. I'm thankful to be working right now, even if it's not an ideal position in the city. I'm continuing to look for other positions and I hope that once the year ends, businesses will figure out their budget and open up some jobs for entry level graduates. It's pretty exciting.
I've also recently started contacting landlords to set up viewings of apartments. I can't wait to get my own place! That is what's holding my excitement at the moment and when it happens, I'll finally be on my own.
