It's all the wrong I've done and all the wrong I'll do

I have a day off to enjoy tomorrow. There's a game in the evening, but until then I don't plan on moving at all. My feet ache so much from a weekend in projection. I hated - absolutely loathed - The Scarlet Letter. I usually enjoy classic literature, but that one just...ugh. You know how you said no one likes Pixar like you do? If you also hate The Scarlet Letter, then I am telling you now: you won't hate it like I do. If it was a person, I'd slap it. If it was a chicken or cow, I would ignore my vegetarianism for a day and eat it, just so it wouldn't exist anymore.

Also, you are so right about Up. I love that movie. Love, love, love.

The closest book to me isn't a novel. It's this book about myths and fairy tales and stuff. I have a set of them that I brought over from the US. Each one focuses on something different - water creatures, giants, etc. This one is about wizards and witches. I got them from a friend of my mom's when I was in high school. She is incredibly, insanely religious, and she gave the set away because they scared her. Seriously. She thought the pictures in the water creatures one, in particular, were "of the Devil."

The nearest novel to me is Thief of Time by Terry Pratchett.
