WELL THEN.

I think Innocence left more questions open than answered.

However, it answered one question that I'd have preferred to not know the answer to. (Apparently, those organs are "unnecessary for service robots." Well, normal service robots anyway. That may or may not be a spoiler.)

Yes. I know. I was screaming on the inside yet strangely relieved that whatever sick things I'd thought about weren't mechanically possible in canon.

...and then I thought more about it and started screaming again. (Because now that I remember, Batou - even though he's mostly machine - is still a cyborg (and thus technically human, considering he has DNA and all that). And Togusa has a kid, thus I'm pretty sure he HAS those parts. And OH GOD WHY DO I THINK OF THESE THINGS.)

Speaking of GitS physics: NO ONE HAS EXPLAINED TO ME HOW CYBORGS CAN SWIM IF THEIR BODIES ARE LIKE FIVE TIMES DENSER THAN NORMAL HUMAN BODIES. Seriously, how.

That said, the sequel wasn't as good as the original (it never is). I mean, the art was improved, but I had a few issues with the subs. (As I stated, it was more CCing - so it explained some things I could follow (like who was speaking, even from off-screen, and sound effects) and didn't explain some things I couldn't follow (like song lyrics in Japanese).) There was no dub track, so I was stuck following the subtitling.

With that said, I am feeling a bit better. I decided to try the generic loratadine (or Alavert, under its brand name) - reading the little card that they put in place for the boxes for brand-name Alavert, the pseudoephedrine is just a nasal decongestant. (And, of course, an ingredient in meth. If you must know how I know this, I've watched many a special on THE EVILS OF METH in my day.)

I was feeling so good, I made up a few hours at work yesterday. I don't think I've ever stayed until 6 before. But at least I got a bit caught up.

And right now, I'm watching that show with the gay swordsman. No, the other one. With the gay wizard (instead of the gay knight). Apparently, they decided to top Crossdressing!Syaoran and NotKurogane!Kurogane with chibifying the entire cast (and the entire world).

I would also like to be able to watch an anime without thinking about gay sex.

aw hale naw, raep, anime, lolwut, gay gay gay gay gay, onoes
