Regarding Utena: I LOVE HOW THEY REPLACED SMALL PENIS SAIONJI WITH NO PENIS SAIONJI. I mean, I got WHY that happened, but still lol.
Also, I...wasn't that much a fan of the Black Rose arc. I thought the first arc, where she was dueling the student council, was a bit better - I could pretty much predict most of how the Black Rose episodes would play out, down to what would appear on the desks. (LEAF HAIRCLIP AND UMBRELLAS, BITCHES.)
Oh well, like 15 or so more to go.
Regarding Nanoha StrikerS: Fate would wear frilly black panties. I also kind of love how 1) Nanoha's barrier jacket still resembles her elementary school uniform and 2) how Kyaro/Caro (the subs differ on her name) has a barrier jacket that looks more like Hayate's than Fate's. (I think it's the hat - though, I know Kyaro's a healer, and Shamal ALSO wears a similar-looking hat in her barrier jacket form. Actually, their barrier jackets, save for Fate's cape, are really similar.) Oh Fate-chan, I believe you have competition. <3
Regarding Grenadier: Apparently, the only thing it has going for it is Rushuna's...gun. Though, that was the most instantaneous puberty I've ever seen. =D
Regarding anime in general: I swear to God, I'm trying to remember so much canon I'm crossing the streams. One of these days I'll refer to the ruffles Anthy puts on Utena's school uniform (because, you know, hot pants = appropriate duel wear, but MY GOD HER JACKET IS JUST TOO BORING) as a barrier jacket.

Anyway, now that I've gotten my weeaboo squealing out of the way (since none of you really care about that):
School, of course, is beginning to kick my ass. And it's only the second week - I woke up late on one day (I think it was Wednesday) and I just BARELY managed to haul myself to class. I've spent most of my classes nosediving into my notebook, though I've been managing to take notes where it's relevant.
I should really get more sleep. But I'm actually staying fairly organized for now - I even managed to put my books together so I didn't have to worry about doing so when I went to school.
...yes, this is a step up for me. I still roll out of bed, get dressed, and run out the door in the morning, but I actually worked around that.
Anyway. TODAY was interesting since the bus came earlier, and the driver looked at me like I was retarded as I was flailing to get her attention. When I did get to school (she took mercy on my retarded ass), I was horrified to learn that a bottle of Life Water from the campus convenience store was $2.65.
...it's half that much from the corner store up the block. Less than that at Pathmark. What the everloving FUCK.
It was good Life Water, but holy shit. If I had a chance to pour myself a glass/bottle of water before I went out, I would have.
