Yuletide Letter
First things first, thank you so much for writing me a story. To get a story in any of these fandoms would make me very happy, so you're already way ahead in the making your recipient happy stakes. That said, because I like my recipient to give me a bit more guidance, here's a bit about what I do and don't like and what attracted me to these fandoms. Don't take anythng but the dislikes as gospel - I have a brain like a sieve and frequently forget about things I do like.

On to the fandoms!
Green St Hooligans - It's all about the subtext. I'd love a story about Pete and Matt's epic romance (the only way this movie makes sense!). Or a melodrama in true soap tradition where it turns out Pete didn't die after all and they lied to Matt about it. But honestly any story about Matt and Pete would make me happy. What happened in the aftermath? What if Pete survived? What would happen if the Major never left the GSE, but Pete and Matt still met? What sort of AU can you see them in? See. Anything is good.
I'm not sure there's much more to say about this request. I have unholy levels of love for this movie, so absolutely anything will make me happy. But if you manage to give Matt and Pete a happy ending somehow, then I will probably love you forever. I also requested this last year and talked a bit about it. Christopher Brookmyre - Angelique De Xavia series - I specified Angelique, because I adore her and would like her to be the central character, but if you want to include anyone else feel free. A caper story would be excellent. What do Angelique and Zal get up to these days? Humour, wit, absurdity, craziness - all of these would be fantastic. Shenanigans. I love shenanigans.
I love Angelique a great deal and I love that Brookmyre writes strong, smart, sexy and competent women without glossing over the sexism and racism. If you write something reflective of Brookmyre's tone that is fun and witty and full of hijinks then I'll be over the moon. I know the Angelique canon is extensive, but I don't really have any preference for when a story is set. Go to town; if there was ever a fandom where you could be completely silly with respect to plot, this is it.
The Fast and The Furious - The last movie left me incredibly intrigued by the Brian and Letty relationship. How did they reconnect? What was that meeting like? Did they start screwing each other because neither of them had Dom anymore? Did they talk about that? Did they become friends? Was it an uneasy truce? And so on and so forth - the possibilities are endless. Go crazy. Basically I will love anything that focuses on Brian and Letty.
I know this fandom is all about the epic love between Dom and Brian, and I love that too, believe me, but I am really interested in that period between Letty leaving Dom and dying in the crash. It's a pretty specific request, I know, so if that doesn't inspire you or there's something else you really want to write in the fandom, go right ahead. Just do your best to feature Letty and Brian and I'll be happy.
