this is really annoying me

my sleep pattern is so messed up and i dont know how to fix it. I keep having trouble falling asleep at night so i keep sleeping during the day. today i had planned to read all my books on japanese education so that way this week i could write my 8 page paper for english but instead i slept for at least 3 hours. im so tired of this bc i never get anything done anymore b/c at night i feel tired so i think i can fall asleep but then it takes me like 4 hours to fall asleep so i end up wasting my time. then the next day i end up sleeping so i end up wasting more time. errr. why cant i sleep when i want to. dammit. its so freaking annoying. then yesterday i actually fell asleep alright but i kept waking up. at first i was hot and then i was cold and then i was all restless, rolling around everywhere on my bed. errr. so i end up wasting my nights thinking about my days and then i end up wasting my days sleeping.
