I got this in my email today from Hoop. It's sweet!
As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken. You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a new love for things an old one did. You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back.
Isn't that sweet? Gads. I'm feeling...blissful right now. Scott just left and my hair is soft and straight and I'm comfortable and I'm TAN! And we had macaroni and cheese for supper and I got to watch a new episode of Spongebob and I'm watching Roseanne while listening to 3 Days Grace and...Life is good!
Man I am SO happy. My birthday is the day after tomorrow, and the day AFTER the day after tomorrow, I'll be on a PLANE to MEXICO!!!! Holy Cow. Listen to this. I have to get up at like...THREE fourty-five in the morning on Saturday. How crazy is that?! We have to LEAVE Cullman at FOUR fifteen! CrAzInEsS I tell you! All of it! I'm gonna take like 400 pictures and it will be great.
You know what else is great? Being loved! So I'm having this conversation with Paulie as we speak, and he has found love on a cruise. Teehee. How sweet! You know what's sweet? The beginning of relationships. Like when it's all new and stuff. That's exciting. Don't get me wrong. Long relationships are awesome. And like...committed and more big words like that, I'm just sayin. Like...I was usin this analogy on Alice the other night. (Who, by the way, I will NOT be seeing for my birthday. *ANGRY* Ahem...anyway...) Like...me and Scott for instance. I'm gonna compare us to a pair of shoes. (Stay with me it makes sense I promise) Like take my New Balance shoes for example. I've had them for...crap almost two years. And they're all worn in and they have a hole or two in them. But they're my FAVORITE shoes and I still love them! And I still wear them everywhere. Anyway. It makes sense to me. Long relationships=Favorite old pair of shoes...or somethin like that! Gahh!!!! AnYwAy...Last day of work for seven days tomorrow!!!! Uhhh I'm soo happy!
Oh my gosh! I got the cutest new purse from Aero yesterday! It's all purple and spring like! AND I got a HOT PINK suitcase for Mexico. Only thing is it's like...two inches big. LoL. Just kidding but still! It's teeniny! And I have to fit a weeks worth of clothes in it. How crazy. Gah I miss Alice.
