There is a wicked thunderstorm happening right now. I thought I'd take this opportunity to post!
Things that Alabamans like to do in the summer:
Drink beer.
Sit on porches. While drinking beer.
Sit on porches while drinking beer during rainstorms.
Have hurricaine and/or tornado parties and drink beer.
Get married and have an open bar.
Talk about the upcoming college football season.
Go swimming in a swimming hole or river and drink beer.
Bar hop.
Grill out. This is usually accompanied by drinking beer.
Play bar trivia.
Take their dogs to the dog park, where someone inevitably brought beer.
Play pool and/or foosball.
Discuss the pros/cons of our new high gravity beers.
Have pool parties, grill out and drink beer.
All of these are usually done while smoking cigarettes and/or weed.
It's a good life here.
