Hey there. So I went to my family picnic and I ate. Oh I did not follow my diet at all. I ate tortilla chips, bread, pasta-- the whole nine yards. I ate probably the equivalant to a weeks worth of calories and 3 weeks worth of carbs. Today I had a bagel for breakfest and then a McDonald's double cheeseburger and a couple fries for lunch/dinner. It was great. I know I gained weight and tomorrow it is back to my diet. But I enjoyed eating all the good stuff. ^_^ I weighed myself when I got home and it said 175. But I started my period today too. So I am not doing an official weigh in today. I will just weigh in next week. I do know that I can't wait to go to the gym. I worked out 5 times last week plus 2 nights of my ball work out. I am just upset that I would gain 6 pounds in a weekend. *sigh* hopefully my period is to blame. Well I am off. Till again.
