missing

I know that I have been missing entries lately, sorry. I am not sure I am going to post my meal plans anymore. I never end up going by it-- but I will post my progress and the explination per week on the WEEKLY LESSON. ^_^

Today I weighed in again and I am 169. I worked out at curves and I noticed I have a lot more energy. Like I try harder on the machines and I hear the swoosh sound that I haven't heard in awhile. ^_^ I went out to dinner with the boyfriend tonight. We went to Rudy Tuesday's--I ate off the carb smart menu. I had a bowl of Broccoli Cheese soup (12 carbs) and a 'petite sirloin' (2 carbs) Then Joe and I bought a carb free cheese cake. It was awesome. ^_^ We didn't eat it all and gave the rest to ashley. I am sort of nervous that I am going to gain a pound or two because we went out, but I will just work twice as hard tomorrow at the gym and eat only 50 or less carbs. I am determind! Plus I wont to be extra good until Saturday. I have a family picnic (most of the family I haven't seen in years) and I want to look as best as I can! I am getting a massage on Thursday and my hair colored or highlighted on Friday. ((I will post pictures ^_^)) So I have an exciting weekend to look forward to. I wish the weather would be better though. It is supposed to thuder and shower. I just want to blow everyones mind on how much I have changed in the past years--and since graduation! ^_- I just want to feel good. haha. So yepp. I am off to bed. I have noticed that I have so much energy during the day, but then by night time I am READY for bed. ^_^ night
