D00d. L1k3 1'm 50 c001
So I beat the hell out of Kindom Hearts... only after it beat the hell out of me.
Bastards. The last guy (sticking to the final fantasy tradition) transformed 6 freaking times!! Bah. BAH. I died a whole hell of a lot. So I started Kingdom Hearts II last night after all that ruckus. I think it's going to be better than the first. They've perfected the fighting and character development is going along a little smoother.
Still will never even lay a finget on FF7. It's not about preference, they are just better games =)
Ah... I'm just killing time before metalsmithing. I like metalsmithing, but I'm just so burnt out on it this semester. It's a lot of work. I'll probably just buy a lab pass ($25) next semester because I couldn't fit it into my class schedule for the fall.
Classes. My art history class is really hard. It's a shame because I really like it.
Does this seem a little off to you? Grade wise.
2D design -- A
Jewl & Metal -- A
Art Edu -- A
Art History -- D!!
It's actually a C standing alone on grades... but she drops a whole letter for 3 absenses! And well... I have more than 3. It's a 9am class! That's ridiculous. It's hard for me to feel like it's okay for teachers to discredit based on attendence. For one, I am paying a lot of money to be here and for two, grades are usually directly reflective of absenses unless you are a super genius. Teachers should just let nature take it's course.
So looks like I'm going to be taking it again.
I hate it when teachers are strong in lecture, but when test time comes around... she nails us with shit that she didn't really lecture on. She lectures on the interesting stuff about painting... but she tests on dates, places, and vocab words that she doesn't even use in class.
Lame. I can't wait to be a teacher. I'll totally know whats up. lol. Every teacher seems to have a hang up. Maybe I'm just picky because I don't learn in the typically memorizing facts style that our culture seems so obsessed with. Why is that, when 80% of people are infact visual learners like me? Strange days I tell you.
I guess I can't really complain that much after 12 years of slacking then I get to college and decide I like the subjects, so I try... with really no studying direction at all.
So I decided to give up sweets for awhile. They are just bad for me and make me lazy. It's the snacking that gets me. I've basically been good, except for last night I ate half of a take 5. Which really is justified in my mind because I am a female.
I don't want to pack. It's lame. Especially the week of finals. Double lame. I'll be in Phx sometime after finals. We just aren't sure as of yet. Staying in Flag all summer. That will be groovy and not groovy all at the same time.
I think I'll give in an go to class a little early. This is just getting pathetic. lol.
