so numb

i dono.. since yesturdaii i was thinking lots of thought have been going thru my mind... and then i just see myself in my bed just thinking about things over and over again. like the after effect has hit me and i dono how to deal wit it... ive spent a lot of hours just thinking and i lay in my bed so numb... i wish that i could just stay there until the feeling goes away, i want to take my mind off of it but i cant... i guess i need to keep my self occupied but evrytime i do, i just stop what im doing and go back to my bed to think all over again....i dono.. im just so confused....
