Let's Kick It Up a Notch!

Okay, looking at my last post I have not been near as hard on myself as I should have been so far.  However, I am taking steps to get my business running at the next level.  Things are going slow and it is very hard to get things done when not only am I scheduled 50 hours a week, but I keep getting called in on my days off as well.  Add that to the fact that no one else is available when I am and things are just a bit frustrating right now.  I still need to get things organized better and make and stick to a plan to stop spending so much and start saving money!  Hopefully this week I will actually get both my days off and be able to start getting things running better.  Am keeping my eyes open for new employment.  I am thinking I would like a kitchen manager position at a restaurant.  You know, a real restaurant, not fast food.  I checked job postings for Riverwind Casino, but sadly they are only hiring a cook and a dishwasher.  Can't take that sort of pay cut right now.  I will keep checking.  That's really pretty much it.

Really good Glee tonight.  Can't wait for Hell's Kitchen tomorrow.
