Hope to get this day off to a good start....
....painful morning in the head department. But that doesn't give me a pass from parenting, does it? Nope!
We watched Totoro, to give me time to pull my head together, and because it is one of my favorite movies of all time. It lifts my spirits and usually has a mellowing effect on the kids. Nothing is mellowing my Rowan this morning, though!
The project for today is: LAUNDRY. I am behind on it, as usual, but the worrisome thing is that the last few loads don't look very clean. As in, cat fur and kid related crusties still present. We've been using a particular green detergent, so I am hoping that particular formula is to blame and not the actual washing machine, since detergent would be an easier problem to fix.
So, this morning we'll head to the store for some good old Tide. Until I can figure out who around here sells our favorite, effective green detergent.
