[he glances at the journal, and smiles briefly] I can carry him back. He shouldn't be out in the rain like this. I just don't want to move him until some of these wounds have closed up. [Thanks for that, Nala.]
...are you sure? It's a long way back. [But she's giving a relieved smile anyway.] You can bring him back to our house, if you like. We'll try and find where he lives from there.

[It isn't a short wait. Ginko can move quickly, and the terrain is almost familiar at this point-- but the mud is slick and deep, and the rain makes it hard to see. He has to move very carefully so as not to jar the unconscious passenger bundled in his coat.

[Hey, warmth.
He shakes his head] Glad I was nearby. [He paused to kick his shoes off because, you know, manners. And the whole slogging through mud deal. Then he stops inside, peering to see if Stitch has opened his eyes.]
You can put him on the couch for now. Chopper should be back soon. [And hesitating on that talk of closing wounds. From what she knows of Ginko...] ... Nala?
[He walks over and carefully disentangles Stitch from his coat, laying him on the couch as directed-- dropping to one knee to look over the damage.]
Never thought I'd be using it this much. [Glances up at her and smiles, reassuringly-- it looks like Stitch is going to pull through.] One good thing about this place.
Mm. His pulse does seem sluggish to me-- but I've never seen a fellow of this species, so I don't know what normal...[muses to himself for a moment, dripping water on your furniture, then looks up at the question]
Ehh? Oh-- I'm fine. I've been in the mountains for the past few days. [With a crazy kid. But he feels no need to mention that.]

Calmly--]
He's still breathing. But he's in rough shape.

[She'll try rustling up her doctor in the meantime. And warm up the living room and put some blankets on the couch.]

If he's not awake now, he might be drugged. They kind of do that. [Pauses. Now that she thinks about it...] How are you doing?
