I gained some weight. So I have created this journal/nutrition tracker on a website called SparkPeople.com. It is fantastic. It helps you tack everything you eat, the calories, and your workouts, you can meat new people on there and get great tips, advice, and recipes. It also has a vegetarian section for my needs. I love it. I am on day two of using it. This is day 3 of me attempting to eat well. Yesterday I felt HUGE. Like no matter what I do or eat i always feel bloated and gross. Well today I woke up, and although I know my body takes time to adjust and lose weight, I actually felt a little less bloated than yesterday. This gives me the hope to keep pushing. It is really difficult to get the right amounts of exercise and eat well with this job of mine, but I am going to stop thinking that way, I know I can find ways. I want to focus on being a healthier me. I really need to. Maybe then I can have better control over my anxiety. Well I have to make breakfast and get ready for work. So you will hopefully be hearing more for me. I made three goals for the first 2 weeks. 1. Portion my foods. 2. Stretch for 5 minutes a day. 3. Write in a journal 3 times a week. Here is journal number one. :)
