I am now going to be a bitch 2 u guys and list what i had:
-Clam Bisque w/ pepper cream
-AMAZING warm homemade bread
-Sliced premium quality raw Ahi Sashimi with real wasabi root dipping sauce and pickled ginger.
-Seared Ahi with pineapple-tamarind sauce and hot mustard.
-Tahitian Poisson Cru-Ono marinated in limejuice and coconut milk,with Maui onion, cilantro, cucumber and vine-ripened tomato.
-Pua Me Hua Hana-Two fish - Ono and Mahimahi - with Molokai sweet potato, baked banana, island fruit and a fresh young coconut, in the style of old Hawaii.Served with slow-roasted Kalua Pig in ti leaf "package", Hanalei poi and lomi-lomi salmon.
we also had VIP-right-on-the-ocean seating.
