that moment when fandom and rl collide
I had the most surreal experience today. At work, a couple girls were talking about going to see Magic Mike. and I had this moment of panic, like HOW DO THEY KNOW ABOUT THAT?
it was the moment when I finally realized that it ACTUALLY EXISTS, outside of collective fandom imagination. it was a weird thing to wrap my head around.
also, my bff expressed an interest in seeing it. I just, I can't. I have to go alone, I'm definitely going to make a fool of myself. and as open-minded as he is, I don't think he's ready for the world of slash fandom (though a small part of me suspects he may actually be into it. the boy is definitely not a Kinsey 0)
but sadly I won't get to see it until my next day off, which isn't until next Thursday. I WANT TO GO SEE IT WITH ALL OF YOU. WHY YOU LIVE SO FAR AWAY?
also, I can't go on tumblr today, because it's ALL Suits spoilers! I haven't watched it yet, aaaaaah! D:
